It can be widely used in battery discharge, DC charging pile, power electronics and other product testing fields.
The series is designed with high power density and can provide up to 8.1kW of power in a 4U volume.
This series of programmable DC electronic loads (except some models) support the front panel flip function, and provide customers with simple and quick operation with large color touch screen, real-time update of input display and device status, and graphical display to make the display more intuitive.
This series of programmable DC electronic loads have CV/CC/CR/CP basic load constant mode, which can meet the test requirements of various occasions.
This series of programmable DC electronic loads can be set to five voltage response speeds: slow, slow, medium, fast and fast to match various characteristic power supplies. This performance can avoid the reduction of measurement accuracy or test failure caused by the mismatch between load and power response speed, improve test efficiency, and reduce the cost of equipment, time and expense.
This series of programmable electronic loads can realize fast switching between different values under the same function, and supports dynamic current, dynamic voltage, dynamic resistance and dynamic power modes, of which dynamic current and dynamic resistance modes can reach 50kHz. This function can be used to test the dynamic characteristics of the power supply, battery protection characteristics, battery pulse charging, etc. The dynamic load test function is available in continuous, pulse and flip modes.
This series of programmable electronic load supports sine wave pull current function and can be applied to impedance analysis test of fuel cell.
This series of programmable DC electronic load supports dynamic variable frequency scanning function to find out the worst-case voltage of the object to be measured in a variable frequency manner. The user sets the parameters by editing two constant current values, starting frequency, ending frequency, stepping frequency, residence time and so on. With a sampling rate of up to 500kHz, the dynamic frequency sweep function can simulate a variety of load conditions and meet most test requirements.
Mainly should be in the solar panel maximum power point tracking, through the maximum power tracking method, you can always dynamically find the maximum power point of the solar panel, to play the maximum effect of the solar panel.
The simulation of capacitive load makes the pull-load current closer to the real situation. It is mainly used to simulate the startup and shutdown test of capacitive load. In order to avoid charging the capacitor on the main board at the moment of startup of the power supply, the surge current will cause the power supply to trigger overcurrent protection and thus fail to start up smoothly.
This series of electronic loads can discharge the battery in CC, CR or CP mode, and can accurately set and measure the cut-off voltage or discharge time to ensure that the battery will not be damaged due to excessive discharge. The discharge cut-off condition can be set according to the actual demand, and when the cut-off condition is met, the load stops pulling and the timing stops. During the test, parameters such as battery voltage, discharged time and discharge capacity can also be monitored in real time.
This series of electronic loads can be automatically switched under the constraints of CV, CR, CC and CP modes, and is suitable for testing lithium electronic battery chargers to obtain a complete V-I charging curve. Flexible automatic test mode can greatly improve work efficiency.
The OCP/OPP test items provided by this series of programmable DC electronic loads can be designed and verified for overcurrent protection/overcurrent protection. The limit value is set before the test, and the test results are automatically displayed to prompt the customer after the test. Taking the OPP test as an example, the load provides the rising ramp power to test whether the output voltage of the object under test is lower than the trigger voltage when overloaded, so as to determine whether the output protection function of the object under test is operating normally.
This series of electronic loads has a List sequence mode function, which can automatically simulate complex changes in loads according to the sequence file edited by the user. The sequence mode includes 10 groups of files, and the setting parameters include test mode (CC, CV, CR, CP, short circuit, switch), cycle number, sequence step number, single step setting value and single step time, etc. This function can test the output characteristics of the power supply, power supply stability test and actual working condition simulation.
This series of programmable DC electronic load supports master-slave mode, supports parallel use of electronic loads of the same voltage specification, and achieves synchronous dynamics. In actual operation, only the master needs to be controlled, and the master will automatically calculate and distribute the current to other slave loads. One master and multiple slave are suitable for larger load requirements and greatly simplify the user's operation steps.
Current, the external input signal 0~10V corresponds to the load 0 ~ full-scale pull load condition. Through the external analog control of the input voltage can achieve arbitrary waveform load conditions, in line with industrial control requirements. Current/voltage monitoring output terminal with 0~10V analog output corresponding to 0 ~ full scale current/voltage, can be externally connected to a voltmeter or oscilloscope to monitor the current/voltage changes.
