The current range of a single machine is as high as 200A and the voltage range is as high as 800V V. One set can replace multiple applications of rectangular power supply. It can remotely control and output various voltage and current combinations through the panel or upper computer. It can set the timing output time and provide OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP and short circuit protection functions. Support LIST waveform editing function, built-in automotive electronic standard test waveform, standard RS232, RS485, USB, optional LAN, GPIB and other communication interfaces to meet more applications.
This function is suitable for testing the current carrying capacity of the cable/fuse. When this function is turned on, the power supply will turn off the short-circuit protection function and maintain the very low voltage output rated current.
This function is suitable for unattended occasions, turn on the function and set the output time, from the power output to start timing, to the time countdown to 0 after the power automatically shut down the output. Moreover, the perfect protection function of the power supply ensures the safe use of this function.
This series of power supply provides external voltage/resistance control output, can use the external power supply (0~5V) or external variable resistor (5~10K) to control the voltage and current setting and the output state of the power supply.
In this mode, if the object to be measured has drastic voltage and current changes, the average measurement times can be changed to make the display value more stable. The display frequency has FAST (fast)/MEDIUM (medium)/SLOW (slow) to choose from.
This function is applicable to circuit breaker or fuse blow time test. When the current reaches the fuse current Ib of the circuit breaker or fuse, the timing starts, and the timing ends after it is disconnected, and the timing resolution can reach 200ms.
This function supports the digital keys on the front panel to directly call the storage parameters. The user first saves the commonly used data in the power memory, and directly presses the number keys after entering the quick call mode to quickly call the parameters stored in [1] ~ [9].
This series of power supplies supports 3 LIST file editing formats to meet the output elements under different test requirements, and the minimum resolution of the setting time is 1ms.
Pulse File Format
You can set the trend and duration of the output voltage over time, and set the mode of output waveform execution according to the requirements, LOOP (cycle),CONT (single),STEP (single step).
Slope File Format
The file format supports the slope setting of the output voltage, realizes the slow rise and fall of the output voltage, and sets the execution mode of the output waveform according to the requirements, LOOP (cycle),CONT (single),STEP (single step).
This function is an upgraded version of LIST file editing. Each step of the file is a complete LIST file. This function can combine and output several LIST files, and can set the number of repetitions of each LIST file and the number of executions of the entire SEQUENCE file.
This function is used to compensate the voltage drop on the load line to improve the test accuracy. In practical applications, even if the line voltage drop is negligible, it is preferable to connect the remote compensation cable to the output terminal. When using the remote compensation function, please disconnect S +,S-from the output terminal of the power supply and connect it to both ends of the object to be tested. The maximum compensation voltage is 5V, and the output power after compensation should be lower than 1.05 of the rated power.
This series of power supplies have anti-reverse irrigation protection to cut off the current of the object to be measured in a certain test situation and send it backwards to the power supply direction to prevent its damage to the power supply hardware circuit.
At the same time, this series of power supplies are also equipped with short-circuit copper sheets as standard. When the test demand power supply absorbs the spikes generated by the object to be tested to ensure the safety of operation, the short-circuit copper sheets can be connected, and the output capacitor and other circuits inside the power supply absorb this part of energy.
